The Journey: As Simple as a Nature Walk

By Gunner Glam

There are many different ways to go on a journey; walking, car trip, boat ride and so on.

Studio Brow is not only a central cosmetic destination, we are here to help people realize their true look and beauty while taking life’s journey.

Going on a nature walk can help clear the mind while getting exercise.

A walk along the beach where the sun sets the stage is always a good way to explore the inner self.

In addition to going out among the green, a car ride can help bring back memories of places people used to go.

A boat ride can help a person engage in the ocean or rivers and get a feel of life around and below.

At times, the better part of an event is going there.

When do people know who they are and who they are meant to become?

At times, does it seem like people are not living the life they dreamed of when you were children?

Does the life people are living feel sometimes like it belongs to someone else?

The only way to discover the life people were destined for is to take a journey of self discovery.

Journeys of self discovery are the stuff of legends, myths and fairy tales.

Regardless of the differing names, lands and rewards they all speak about the same journey to know and value oneself.

Often people ask themselves, “Where does the hero begin?”

Where is the heroine going?

And who are they becoming as they move along on the path of self discovery?

What path is the right one?

Who will help them on their quest to find the treasure inside themselves?

Master storytellers from every generation and culture spin tales about how to discover who you are and become it.

Whether a king in search of the lost spirit of his kingdom, princes questing for fame and fortune or maidens overcoming overwhelming odds to take their rightful place — they all give hints about what lies ahead and how to master the challenges that lie on the path of self discovery.

  8. I’ve always felt that communing with nature while running or hiking has been the best beauty product I have in my regime. It gives clarity of mind, detoxes the body from working up a good sweat, firms the body and makes the skin glow. Beauty from the inside out while on my journey.

  9. Amen to that! all journeys are personal things and life is the greatest of them.
